Credit Card orders may
be placed via our website www.ggsafety.com. We are sorry, but due to frequent fraudulent purchases, George & George Safety no longer accepts credit card orders over the phone except where a customer has an established account or a complete business profile on file with George & George Safety.
Customers who wish to
purchase using purchase order must have a pre-existing account with George
& George Safety and Glove or apply for credit.
Checks and Money
Orders should be made payable to George & George Safety and Glove. Please
note that orders placed using this payment method will be held until your payment
has cleared.
We always accept cash,
just please don’t mail it! Cash customer must pickup their orders from either
our Oklahoma City or Tulsa locations and payment must be made at the time of
pickup.
SHIPPING Methods/Charges
We strive to attain a 24 hour turnaround on all of our orders.
However, our stock on many products changes dramatically throughout the day and
may require your purchase to be placed on back order. Backorder items will be shipped immediately once stock is replenished. If your order is partially backordered (meaning there are both available items and backordered items in the order), then your order will be shipped in two shipments. The first shipment will leave our facility immediately and contain all items available at the time your order was placed. The second shipment will leave our facility upon availability of all backordered items. If you are concerned

In most cases, UPS Ground and Local Delivery shipment items which are in stock, ship the same
day your order is received. UPS items are automatically insured up to $100.
George & George Safety and Glove charges the exact freight charge plus a handling fee to help defray packaging material costs.
George & George Safety and Glove does offer expedited shipping. We do
require that you call in any expedited shipment request to ensure proper
handling of your order and to check stock availability. To protect both
parties involved, George & George Safety and Glove may also require that a business profile and backup banking information be on file for emergency shipments with a credit card payment method.
RETURN Policy
We want every customer to be happy with the products they purchase from George
& George Safety and Glove. We allow returns on nearly all of our product
lines, excluding special order items. Standard stock returns may be subject to
a maximum restocking fee of 15% which will be deducted from the customers
refund. Special orders items may be returned in special situations and the
restocking fee will be determined at the time of approval. All returns will be
shipped at the customer’s expense. Exchanges will not be allowed, only
returns for credit.
Shipment shortages must be noted at the time the shipment is received. George & George Safety and Glove is not and cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses which are determined to be caused by the shipment carrier. If your product shipment has a shortage or is damaged in transit and the customer did not note such shortage or damage upon receipt with the carrier, it will be the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipper for any reasonable remedy or compensation. If a shortage or a damaged product is received and noted with the carrier, please contact George & George Safety and Glove with your order number within three (3) business days to inform us of the situation and to allow us to correct that situation.
All returns must have a return authorization to ensure prompt and
accurate handling.All returns without this form will be refused.

form. Please be sure to include your full name and your order number in all correspondence with George & George Safety and Glove. A standard return authorization form will have detailed instructions and information regarding your return.
REFUNDS
George & George Safety and Glove will issue credits to your account or
to your credit card, less any restocking fees and/or shipping charges
applicable as quickly as possible. Please note that it is our policy not to
issue refunds via cash or company check.
Depending on the circumstances of your refund, there may be fees deducted
from your refund. These fees will include, but are not limited to, fees
charged by our payment processing company, shipping for exchanges, and restocking
fees (if applicable). For Open Account customers, please call 1-800-375-4587 x100 for
information about refunds or credits to your account.
SALES Tax
George & George Safety and Glove is required to charge
applicable state and local tax for all Oklahoma orders unless a sales tax
exemption certificate is provided.
LIMITATIONS of Warranties
The manufacturer disclaims all warranties, express or
implied, including warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a
particular purpose. Determination of the suitability of the material for the
use contemplated is the user's responsibility. User assumes all risks resulting
from the use of our products and must confirm suitability thereof by its own
tests. The manufacturer liability will in no event exceed the purchase price of
the materials sold
